Pramaan Health provides doctor-led telehealth consultations. Any treatment is prescribed only after a qualified, registered medical practitioner has reviewed your case, in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued under the Indian Medical Council Act.

Before your consultation, your doctor will share their name, qualification and State Medical Council / NMC registration number with you. These details also appear on every prescription.

Health coaches and the in-app AI assistant support your programme but do not diagnose or prescribe. Pramaan Health is operated by Epione Ventures and does not sell or dispense medicines; prescriptions can be filled at any licensed pharmacy of your choice.
