Refunds & cancellation policy

This policy applies to programmes bought on Pramaan Health, operated by Epione Ventures. A programme covers doctor consultations, the Pramaan Health app, health coaching, tracking and the AI assistant. All services are delivered online.

1. Full refund

We hold your first doctor consultation within 24 hours of payment.

You get a 100% refund if:

• you cancel before your first doctor consultation takes place; or
• after reviewing your case, the doctor decides the programme is not suitable for you; or
• we are unable to hold your first consultation within 4 days of payment.

2. After your first consultation

• Once the first consultation has taken place, the first month of the programme (or the full 20-day programme) is non-refundable, because the consultation and coaching have been delivered.
• For programmes longer than one month, you can cancel at any time and receive a refund for the remaining full months not yet started, calculated at the programme's per-month price.

3. How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp at +91-87966-49957 or email admin@pramaanhealth.com with your registered mobile number. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

5. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 2 hours before its start time.
