These terms govern your use of the Pramaan Health website (pramaanhealth.com), the Pramaan Health app and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Epione Ventures, a partnership firm registered in India, having its principal place of business in New Delhi 110007 (GSTIN 07AANFE3321K1ZE) (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or paying for a programme you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Pramaan Health is a teleconsultation and health-coaching platform for men's health. A paid programme includes:

• online consultations with independent, registered medical practitioners (“Doctors”);
• access to the Pramaan Health app, including the health check, daily tracking and exercise and diet plans;
• health coaching over WhatsApp and in the app; and
• an in-app AI assistant for general guidance and reminders.

We do not sell, stock or dispense medicines or nutraceuticals. If a Doctor issues a prescription, you may fill it at any licensed pharmacy of your choice. We do not ship physical products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India, and you must give accurate information about yourself and your health.

3. Doctors and medical advice

• Consultations are provided in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Doctors are registered medical practitioners who use their own independent clinical judgement, including deciding whether a condition is suitable for teleconsultation.
• Before your consultation, your doctor will share their name, qualification and State Medical Council / NMC registration number with you. These details also appear on every prescription.
• The health check is a screening tool, not a diagnosis. Nothing is prescribed without a Doctor's consultation.
• Health coaches and the AI assistant do not diagnose, prescribe or replace a Doctor. The AI assistant can make mistakes; always follow your Doctor's advice.
• The Service is not for emergencies. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.

4. Programmes, fees and payment

• Programme prices and durations are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, using UPI, cards and other supported methods. We do not store your card details.
• Your first Doctor consultation is held within 24 hours of payment. A programme starts on the day of that consultation and runs for the duration you purchased. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & cancellation policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give complete and truthful health information, including existing conditions and medicines.
• Keep your login and OTP private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the Service, harass our team or Doctors, or attempt to access other users' data.

6. Privacy

How we collect and protect your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, plans, software and brand belong to Epione Ventures. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial care.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the programme concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly.
